Role Description

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to direct and oversee all business operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure the overall financial health and profitability of the organization. You will act as the principal bridge between departments, executive leadership, and external stakeholders, turning high-level corporate vision into efficient daily execution.

 Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a strong plus).

  
  


• 
  

  Extensive executive experience as a General Manager, Operations Director, or senior leadership role.

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrated track record of scaling operations, managing P&L (Profit & Loss), and hitting financial benchmarks.

  
  


• 
  

  Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data, metrics, and financial statements.

  
  


• 
  

  Decisive problem-solving skills under high-pressure environments.

  
  

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments (e.g., finance, sales, marketing, and customer support) to maintain efficiency and alignment.

  Design and execute comprehensive business strategies to meet long-term expansion and revenue targets.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage operational budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and staff, fostering an inclusive, high-performance company culture.

  
  


• 
  

  Establish internal policies, governance frameworks, and operational processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor market trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and pivot operational strategies to mitigate risks.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage high-level relationships with key partners, vendors, clients, and investors.

$ 3,500 - $ 8,000 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.
