Job Description - Sub Assembler/Prepper

We are looking for candidates who thrive in a culture of prioritization and execution, with exceptional professional conduct, to join our team as a Prepper/Sub Assembler.  The ideal candidate works great on a team, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment. The Prepper/Sub Assembler is responsible for unpacking, inspecting, and preparing parts for the installation technicians.

Compensation

$18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

FAMILY FRIENDLY Full-time 4-Day Work Week                          
Monday-Thursday 6:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Responsibilities

Unpack & sort product for upcoming installs
Pre-assemble parts for upcoming installs
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Break down cardboard and take out trash daily
Maintain a clean and organized Prep Room
Assist other technicians as needed

Attributes of a Strong Candidate

High School diploma or equivalent
Experience with vehicle accessories – a plus
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to stay organized and manage tasks efficiently
Willingness to learn new technical skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
