The type of jobs that are needed to be completed are, but not limited to:

*Board-ups*

It would be helpful to have a background in HUD, Fannie Mae, REO and Freddie Mac guidelines.

MUST BE ABLE TO MEET DEADLINES!

Subcontractors must also have:

*General Liability Insurance – Minimum 1,000,000

*Tools –

      Digital Camera

      Laptop with wifi or hotspot / Net book - Capable of uploaded photos from the property.

      Truck or Van

      Locks

      Generator

      Compressor
