Responsibilities 

• Communicate directly with consumers through live chat, incoming calls, email sales leads. 


• Makes sales appointments


• Ability to explain product performance and benefits


• Build strong rapport with customers


• Work closely with management on equipment, technology and pricing options

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience a plus


• Previous call center or customer service experience helpful


• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday


• Quality customer service skills
