North Reading Subaru is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our busy and professional parts department. If you have a passion for automotive parts, enjoy helping customers, and want to grow your career with a trusted and family owned Subaru dealership, we want to hear from you! 

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts and accessories


• Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery


• Maintain accurate inventory records and parts organization


• Process orders, returns, and warranty parts with attention to detail


• Provide exceptional customer service at the counter on the phone, and via email 

What we're Looking for:

• Prior automotive parts experience (Subaru experience is a plus, but not required)


• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and terminology


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy


• Familiarity with parks software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) preferred


• Valid Drivers License
