Subaru Service Consultant

RK Auto is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Subaru Service Consultant to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between our service department and customers, ensuring that every vehicle receives the highest level of care and service. You will use your automotive knowledge and excellent communication skills to assist customers with service inquiries, provide recommendations, and manage service appointments efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner


• Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments


• Communicate with customers about their vehicle service needs, explaining repair options and costs clearly


• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely service delivery


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and follow-up requirements


• Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience as a service consultant or in automotive customer service is preferred


• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs, particularly Subaru vehicles is a plus


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment


• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
