Subject Matter Expert Real Green & PestPac

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Real Green and PestPac to support our business operations, drive system optimization, and act as a liaison between end users and technical teams. The SME will play a critical role in ensuring the effective use of both platforms across departments such as customer service, sales, operations, and finance.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary internal expert for Real Green and PestPac platforms.
  


• Evaluate and optimize current workflows, data structures, and automation features within each system.
  


• Support and train end-users across departments to ensure efficient system usage and adherence to best practices.
  


• Liaise with software vendors for troubleshooting, escalations, and system enhancement requests.
  


• Assist with data migration, system integration, and reporting between Real Green, PestPac, and other business platforms (e.g., CRMs, payment gateways, marketing tools).
  


• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to reduce inefficiencies.
  


• Collaborate with IT and operations to support new feature rollouts and system upgrades.
  


• Ensure compliance with data accuracy, security policies, and documentation standards.
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Real Green and/or PestPac (both preferred).
  


• Strong understanding of field service operations, customer lifecycle, and route/service scheduling.
  


• Experience with system configuration, reporting tools, and user training.
  


• Familiarity with API integrations and workflows involving external platforms.
  


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  


• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
  


• Experience in project management or business systems analysis is a plus.
  

 Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of lawn care, pest control, or related service industry workflows.
  


• Understanding of SQL, Excel pivot tables, and data export/import processes.
  


• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Customer Service.
  


• Prior experience with transitioning between Real Green and PestPac is highly desirable.
