Subrogation & Civil Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil/subrogation litigation across California
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and mediation briefs
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Conduct/defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Negotiate settlements and manage full case lifecycle
• Communicate with clients, co-counsel, and insurance reps
• Mentor junior staff and maintain accurate billing

Qualifications

• JD from accredited law school
• Active member of the California Bar
• 3+ years of civil litigation or subrogation experience
• Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Knowledge of CA civil procedure and subrogation law
• Based in California with ability to travel as needed
