Case Manager, Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC-T, CASAC, LMSW, LMHC), *SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE for external candidates*

Arms Acres is looking for a Clinical Case Manager to join our inpatient team in Carmel, NY. In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical case management services that include: assessments, individual, group and family treatment, treatment plan coordination, referent relations, discharge planning, and intervention with client support systems, including social service programs and managed care. We are a substance abuse recovery center looking for diligent, driven and compassionate candidates who want to make a difference!

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• CASAC-T, CASAC, MSW, LMSW, or LMHC
• Experience working specifically with outpatient substance abuse counseling preferred
