RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you'll contribute directly to client well-being and health management through a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Managing medication protocols and records with precision and care.
• Assessing patients’ health status and coordinating closely with our healthcare team for optimal care plans.
• Providing compassionate support and encouragement, helping clients with daily activities, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Engaging in basic housekeeping to create a welcoming, clean environment for all.
