The Substance Use Disorder Professional/Tribal Case Manager (SUDP) will provide culturally relevant Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services to our Tribal member specific population. This position includes conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, offering counseling, and ensuring continuity of care through case management and follow-up.

The work environment includes an office environment in a controlled atmosphere building. Some hybrid work arrangements may be possible in accordance with the Tribe’s Remote Work Policy.
Tribal Preference:
