Subway Crew Member

As a Subway "Sandwich Artist," you'll be the face of the brand, responsible for greeting customers, preparing sandwiches, and maintaining a clean and safe environment, while adhering to Subway's standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation:
• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and bowls according to Subway's recipes and specifications. 
• Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, portioning, and properly storing meats, veggies, sauces, and more. 
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace. 
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed. 
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner. 
• Explain menu items and answer customer questions accurately. 
• Take orders and process payments accurately. 
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally. 
• Other Duties:
• Restock supplies in the sandwich unit area. 
• Perform light paperwork duties as assigned. 
• Assist with cleaning tasks, including washing dishes, cleaning restrooms, and sweeping. 
• Follow all relevant food health and safety requirements. 
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Subway's uniform policy. 
• Complete online coursework on the University of Subway® as directed.

• Ability to work well under pressure. 
• Basic math skills for calculating orders and change. 
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally. 
• Ability to bend, reach, and grasp objects. 
• Other:
• High school diploma or GED preferred. 
• Food handler's license may be required. 
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
