SuccessFactors Specialist

Deloitte is looking for a SuccessFactors Specialist with extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to integrate leadership and technical skills to optimize the output and success of our various projects. This position requires a collaborative mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to guide clients through a transformative HR journey. Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules for diverse clients.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored SuccessFactors solutions

• Guide project teams in the successful execution of implementation plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of SuccessFactors solutions prior to deployment

• Provide training and support to clients and internal team members on SuccessFactors best practices and functionalities

• Stay updated on SuccessFactors updates and industry trends to offer innovative solutions to clients

• 2+ years of experience with SuccessFactors implementation and configuration

• Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations

• Investigate and support HR issues, including organization design, HR implications of business transformation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.

• Relevant certifications in SuccessFactors

• ביצוע בדיקות איכות ווידוא תקינות הפתרון טרם הטמעה אצל לקוחות. הדרכה ותמיכה בלקוחות ובחברי הצוות הפנימיים בנושאי SuccessFactors, תוך שיתוף תובנות ויישום שיטות עבודה מיטביות.
• שמירה על עדכניות בנוגע לעדכונים וטרנדים בתחום SuccessFactors, והצעת פתרונות חדשניים ללקוחות.

• לפחות שנתיים ניסיון בהטמעה וקונפיגורציה של SuccessFactors
• ניסיון ביישום מלא של לפחות 3 פרויקטי SuccessFactors מקצה לקצה.
• חקירה ותמיכה בנושאי משאבי אנוש, לרבות עיצוב ארגוני, השלכות טרנספורמציה עסקית על משאבי אנוש וייעול תפקוד מש"א במודולי Employee Central ו-EC Payroll ושילוביהם.
• כישורים בין-אישיים ותקשורתיים מצוינים לעבודה אפקטיבית מול לקוחות.
• הסמכות רלוונטיות ב-SuccessFactors – יתרון.
