Job Responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge and understanding of plans and maps (i.e., construction, site plans, and roadway plans)


• Supervise and direct field staff on a variety of standard types of surveys


• Train field support staff in the use and application of a GPR, EM Locators, Vacuum Excavation, Data Collectors, and GPS Receivers


• Keep, reduce, and check (for completeness and accuracy) field notes for standard SUE and surveying operations


• Maintain the calibration of equipment being used


• Enforce Company safety procedures and policies for survey field operations


• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent or specialized vocational training


• 3+ years of SUE experience


• Valid driver’s license


• Ability to lift 50 lbs.


• Work outside for 8-10 hours a day


• Ability to walk 2 miles per day


• Must submit to a pre-employment drug test and driving record check. 

Preferred Skills and Abilities:
