SurvTech Solutions is a geospatial firm headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with branch offices in Mulberry, Sanford, Jacksonville and Ft. Pierce, Florida; Mobile and Decatur, Alabama; and New Orleans, Louisiana. Since 2004, SurvTech has provided surveying, mapping and geophysical services throughout the Southeastern US.

We have an immediate need for SUE Branch Leader based out of Sanford, FL.

A SUE Branch Leader is a department supervisor who is responsible for managing those employees within the department at the assigned branch location. The individual may also be a project manager in which they may oversee their own projects as well as the projects handled by others at the branch. Serving as the primary local supervisor certain approvals may still be required by management.

The SUE Branch Leader is required to comply with company and department policies including all state and federal laws. It is required to wear all mandated PPE for each specific site or project. Is required to attend and participate in all meetings scheduled by management. Must establish and strive to meet personal and professional goals included those set by management. Must strive to continuously build upon industry knowledge, professionally network and enhance skill sets. Attends industry meetings and social events to promote company services and to bring in new clients to encourage the growth of the company, branch, and department.

• Actively attends events and trainings relevant to the industry and classes that teach professional development.
• Connects with other industry professionals and contribute to the promotion of Subsurface Utility Excavation. Learning the roadblocks that may result and how to overcome them.
• Actively attend events and connect with other industry professionals while attempting to gain new clients and gain exposure of our services.
• Actively seek new opportunities to provide our services
• Ability to complete field work as needed
