Continental Finance Company specializes in credit card options for those consumers with less than perfect credit. We are seeking a summer assistant to support our Operations team. With focus on Affiliate and Email Marketing.

The Summer Assistant will help to analyze our Customer Journey. The role is responsible for variety of support functions.

Essential Functions:

• Assist in all aspects of the Customer Journey which is a corporate goal for 2025
  
  
  
  • Help implementation and data analysis for our dynamic yield personalization
  
  
  • Fully design the details of all customer gates within the journey (what happens at application, acceptance, diligence, responsibility, and assistance)
  
  
  • Analyze and improve take rates for all customer touchpoints allotted with the appropriate data
  
  
  • Help fully stand up KPIs associated with Customer Journey
  
  
  
  


• Learn the recovery process and see deliverables to completion while reviewing for inefficiencies


• Help develop logic for our Payment Assistance Center and drive additional Cardholder
