Summer Camp Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Summer Camp  to lead our summer camp operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day camp operations and act as Administrator on Duty


• Ensure camper safety, manage health & behavior issues, and handle incident reporting


• Lead staff scheduling, coverage, and timesheet approval


• Manage daily check-in, attendance, and dismissal procedures


• Handle family and staff communication via CampDoc, email, and phone


• Support preschool programs and staff


• Use CampDoc for rosters, notifications, and reports


• Assist with pre-camp staff training and post-camp wrap-up

Requirements:

• Previous camp, youth program, or education leadership experience preferred


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Comfortable using CampDoc or similar platforms


• Must meet Maryland Youth Camp licensing requirements and pass background checks

Schedule:

• Full-time during summer camp weeks


• Flexible hours before (May–early June) and after camp (mid-August)
