Reports to: Interim Director of Extended Day
Primary Responsibilities: Supervise students’ indoor and outdoor play with joy and enthusiasm. Promote and facilitate compliance with Hamlin health and safety guidelines.
Classification: Part-time/Non-exempt
Work Schedule: Camp season runs June 23 - August 8, 2025, with mandatory training prior to start. Daily schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Lower School Art & STEM Camp is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Summer Camp Counselors to guide and support campers in grades 1–4 throughout their week of discovery and creativity. Each Counselor is assigned to a consistent group of campers and is responsible for chaperoning them to daily art and STEM activities, which are led by dedicated Specialists. Counselors help create a positive, safe, and encouraging environment as campers explore hands-on projects, participate in STEM challenges, and enjoy weekly field trips to local parks.
