About the Role
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others, eager to work hard, and excited to build meaningful relationships with customers. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that involves a variety of physical tasks and relies heavily on strong interpersonal skills for success.
As a Community Growth Partner, you will assist customers with a range of services, including but not limited to:
Yardwork and garden maintenance (mulching, weeding, seasonal cleanup)
Junk removal and light demolition (removing unwanted items, clearing spaces)
General home support services (basic labor projects, organizing, setup)
You will be the face of Surv in the community—building relationships through excellent service, friendliness, and a genuine eagerness to lend a hand. A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
Core Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and wear proper attire at every job
Place 5 door hangers after completing each job to promote community connections
Follow work orders accurately and diligently, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
Engage with customers in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner
Collaborate with fellow team members to solve challenges that may arise on the job
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from work vehicles as needed
Track hours accurately using a time-tracking app and submit jobsite expenses promptly
Provide your own reliable transportation to and from worksites
Arrive at each job site on time and ready to work

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED

Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
