MH Group Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Summer Paraprofessionals to support students in Extended School Year (ESY) and summer enrichment programs. If you’re passionate about education and enjoy working with children, this is your chance to help create a positive and supportive learning environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist teachers with classroom activities and instruction  
• Provide 1-on-1 or small-group student support  
• Help implement lesson plans and classroom behavior strategies  
• Supervise students during activities, recess, or field trips  
• Support students with special needs (academic, behavioral, or physical)  
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and safe classroom environment  

Details:

• Schedule: Weekdays, part-time or full-time (June–August)  
• Locations: Varies by program or school assignment  
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
