- You have previous experience working in a preschool or childcare enviornment.
- You are reliable and consistent.
- You are engaged and invested in your classroom environment, the children in your care, and your team.
- You are willing to implement Primrose programming at a high level, with ongoing suppport and training.
- You are organized, tidy, and have a passion for teaching and nurturing children that sets you apart from others.
- You feel driven and excited about your relationship with each child in your classroom.
