Summer Seasonal Laborer

Job Summary:

-Position may last for as little as 3 months or could develop into a full time position.

Assist with general property maintenance tasks to ensure buildings and grounds are well-maintained, performing basic repairs and supporting skilled tradespeople.

Responsibilities:

• Perform roof repairs.


• Maintain cleanliness of common areas.


• Demo work.


• Painting building exteriors and interiors.


• Operate forklifts and move material.


• Organize and maintain the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks.


• Some painting or construction experience.


• Ability to lift heavy objects and use tools safely.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.
