Summer Special Needs Child Care Worker

Your role will include:

• Supporting children in participating in age-appropriate activities that grow holistic child development skills. 
• Maintaining open communication with colleagues. 
• Ensuring adherence to school policies. 
• Fostering an atmosphere of respect and positive reinforcement. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and successful background check. 
• Physical ability to perform job duties.
• 1 year of experience working with diverse groups of children.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in child development, early childhood education, or related field.
• Experience working with school-aged children with special needs in a childcare or education setting is highly preferred.

Salary:

• Pay: $21.25 per hour.

Locations & Shift Times:

• Monday - Friday.
• 4 - 8 hours shifts between the hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Gleason Lake, Sunset Hill, Meadow Ridge, and North Woods
