The Role

We are seeking passionate, dedicated educators to join our Summer Teacher team as Support Summer Teachers. In this role, you will work closely with Lead Teachers, who are already familiar with Boundless Life's system, to deliver engaging learning experiences for children aged 6-12, with a focus on sports, science, and/or arts.

This position requires a minimum commitment of two months (July and August), except for our locations in Bali and La Barra, which require a one-month commitment (July only).

As a Support Summer Teacher, you will play a key role in enhancing students' personalized learning journeys by assisting the Lead Teachers in facilitating meaningful learning experiences that embrace local contexts in each destination.
We will provide you with training, guidance, and ongoing support to set up and implement the Boundless Education concept.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support Lead Teachers in delivering interdisciplinary learning experiences.


• Assist in preparing materials, organizing activities, and ensuring smooth session delivery.


• Engage with students to foster curiosity, participation, and enjoyment in fun learning experiences.


• Help with setup, cleanup, and transitions between activities.


• Help create stimulating environments that encourage children’s independent learning.


• Uphold Boundless Education values in all interactions.


• Ensure the welfare and safety of all children.


• Maintain clear communication with parents and caregivers when required.


• Exhibit emotional intelligence and maintain a positive, supportive attitude.


• Be a proactive team player, contributing to a collaborative and coaching-based culture.

About You
Qualifications:

• Excellent English language skills.


• Proven experience working with groups of children, ideally in outdoor activities, summer camps or similar environments..


• Strong ability to support learning experiences in either Science, Arts, or Sports.


• Fun and energetic spirit.
