Summer Warehouse Associate

This position facilitates receiving, warehousing, and distribution functions of the company.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Adheres to company quality and freshness standards in inventory and loading practices.

· Receive incoming orders and process to assigned warehouse locations.

· Promptly prepares all required reports.

· Operates company equipment safely and in accordance with OSHA and company guidelines.

· Reports for work on time and appropriately dressed.

· Receiving and shipping of products, equipment, merchandise, and supplies.

· Maintain a clean warehouse environment.

· Files breakage reports in a timely and efficient manner.

· Restocks roller racking and prepares the warehouse for the night crew. 

· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

· Skills certification to operate warehouse product handling equipment (forkilifts) in compliance with all safety regulations and operate them accordingly.

· Must be able to lift from 5 to 150 lbs. multiple times per day.

· Must be able to crawl, reach, twist, and bend.

· Effective communication skills.

· Ability to read, write, add, subtract, multiply, and divide at a high school equivalency level.

· Ability to accept responsibility and account for their actions.

· Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
