Summer Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a Summer Warehouse Associate to join our team!

What you’ll be doing: 

• Clean trailers and vans
• Disassemble HVAC equipment and components for disposal
• Recover refrigerant
• Receiving and processing warehouse stock products
• Check and inspect the conditions of items and materials while loading and unloading
• Report any discrepancies
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Check and identify numbers and labels on assigned items and materials
• Willingness to work overtime to ensure completion of work
• Operate pallet jack and other lifting equipment as trained and authorized by your supervisor
• Safely operate powered hand tools to disassemble HVAC equipment
• All other duties as assigned

Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:

• Desire to be part of a winning team
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• High School Diploma or GED
• Warehouse experience a plus
• Forklift license a plus
• EPA Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Ability to practice personal safety when lifting, using ladders and equipment
• Follow instructions to ensure adequate comprehension and follow through
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Excellent time attendance
• Self-motivated
• This position is considered a safety sensitive position, successful completion of a preemployment drug screen and background check is required.
