Summerhouse Rental Inc - Full Time Bookkeeper

The Summerhouse Rentals Inc bookkeeper is a financial professional who is responsible for maintaining a company’s financial accounts and records.

The duties include:

• Full Time / Exempt 
• Up to 45 hours per week.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Escapia is an advantage.
• Recording daily financial transactions
• Updating a general ledger
• Preparing trial balances for perusal by accountants
• Maintaining and filing requisite documents for taxation compliance
• Monitoring cash flow
• Producing financial reports to assist managers in taking strategic decisions.
• Checking accounting records for accuracy
• Tracking invoices and payments
• Maintaining QuickBooks and Escapia for organizing company documents.
• Maintaining processing payments, preparing tax information, and organizing records.
• Managing general accounting ledgers, recording journal entries (transactions), and generating financial statements.

The Summerhouse Rental Inc Book Keeper Job requirements but not limited to:

Overseeing the accounts and ledgers of the company

AP and AR

Data entry

Filing Invoices

Reconciling bank accounts

Processing end of month statements and print checks.

Compile end of month reports

Process all end of year financials for the company.

Any other duties or responsibilities requested by management.
