• Represents Sunburst Bay as the first staff member a guest encounters at the facility.
• Interacts with guests in person and over the phone.
• Learns and applies knowledge of SBAC programs and events to accurately help guests.
• Registers guests for Sunburst Swim School and aqua fitness, rent Cabanas, apply for After Hours Rentals and Birthday Packages.
• Processes membership and daily pass sales.
• Teaches beginner to advanced swim lessons for Sunburst Swim School. (not required)
• Attends preseason training in May and in-service throughout summer.
