SunWorks Landscape Partners is a leading private equity-backed commercial landscape service company. At SunWorks, we are building a national platform by acquiring market-leading local businesses with great cultures, attracting the best technical and managerial talent, and creating unmatched growth opportunities for our people. Over the past year, SunWorks has acquired eight commercial landscaping companies in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, and Texas. Our companies provide recurring landscape maintenance services to corporate campuses, universities, office parks, retail centers, light industrial properties, and homeowners associations. With strong organic growth and an aggressive acquisition strategy, we aim to build the largest privately held commercial landscaping businesses in the country. SunWorks is backed by Alpine Investors, a private equity firm specializing in middle market companies in the services and software industries with over $10bn of lifetime committed capital.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Company President, you will lead a SunWorks operating company and own the P&L of a multimillion-dollar business from day one. You will be responsible for the financial performance of the company and will work to grow your business organically and through M&A. You will leverage SunWorks’ value creation playbook and other resources to enable your business to reach its full potential.

Strong analytical skills with an ability to turn financial and operational data into actionable strategic insights

Persistent in the face of temporary setbacks, relentlessly driven, and ambitious for yourself and your team

Meaningful operations leadership experience in a “team of teams” environment (e.g., military, manufacturing, logistics, field services, etc.)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead all business functions and operations as the Company President

Full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility

Hire and develop talent at all levels of the organization

Oversee the implementation of a standardized ERP system and financial management tools

Expand geographically through the development of new branches

Partner with SunWorks’ investing team to assess, close, and integrate add-on acquisitions

Maximize ROIC by growing revenue and operating profit

COMPENSATION AND TIMING

A competitive compensation package will be offered. Relocation required. Must be geographically flexible.
