We are seeking quality candidates to fill the position of field superintendent to work in Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, & Broward Counties. This candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities of Construction Superintendent:

Reading and redlining plans- elevations a plus!

Scheduling subcontractors to complete the work, verifying the work is complete and accurate

Attending weekly job site subcontractor meetings & walkthroughs with GC superintendents

Daily progress reports and labor reports using assigned software programs

Providing our clients with a finished product on time that meets or exceeds our standards, resulting in long-term relationships

Requirements of Construction Superintendant:

Must be bilingual in Spanish and English

3-5 years of construction experience

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Must be able to read plans

Ability to operate Lull, Forklift and/or Bobcat a huge PLUS

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Able to pass a background check and drug test

Salary commensurate with experience

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
