The Superintendent will play a crucial role in leading and managing a town home project in Bend, OR, utilizing their knowledge of construction, project management, and best practices. The company is growing and offers ample advancement potential, with more multi- and single-family developments planned in the area.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and control all job site personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Manage daily operations, schedule, cost control, and procurement of tools and materials.
• Communicate and update internal and external customers (project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, architects, engineers, home office, and crew).
• Document and ensure progress and schedule, purchase orders, requests for information, safety reports, team performance, and completion log (with photos).
• Ensure owner satisfaction and compliance with specifications and standards at project completion.

Qualifications:

• Construction experience (residential strongly preferred).
• Proven independent leadership skills.
• Exceptional project management and customer service skills.
• Computer skills for cost and communication updates.
• Knowledge of scheduling, blueprints, and construction trades.
• High level of initiative and integrity.
