Job Overview:

 We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects related to architectural cladding installations. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. 

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and manage multiple cladding installation projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project schedules, specifications, and budgets.

· Supervise and lead a team of cladding installers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient project execution.

· Monitor project progress and quality standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry regulations.

· Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on-site, promoting a culture of safety among all team members and subcontractors.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and addressing any project-related issues promptly.

· Coordinate the allocation of resources, equipment, and materials necessary for project completion, optimizing efficiency and minimizing waste.

· Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material requisitions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with a focus on architectural cladding or related field.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
