Job Description - Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent for a direct hire role with a builder, specializing in High-End Residential Remodeling and new Custom Homes. The location is in Montgomery County, MD.

Pay: $90k to $120k depending on experience OR let us know what you desire

Shift: Mon-Fri (7 am to 4 pm)

Responsibilities for Construction Superintendent:

Overseeing the entire construction process from pre-construction meetings to successful project completion
Oversee daily operation of construction projects
Establish and maintain construction schedule and budget
Take offs and estimates
Communicate project progress with managers and Clients
Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Clients, Subcontractors, and Architects
Maintain a high level of Customer satisfaction

Qualifications for Construction Superintendent:

7-10 years’ experience in residential construction management in the DC Metro area preferable
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to read construction documents

Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
Bachelor’s degree preferred
