Responsible for job-site safety including management, enforcement, and reporting
Responsible for job-site/project quality control and quality assurance
Monitor and manage costs to meet or under run the budgeted costs
Regularly review job costs and participate with the Project Manager in monthly costs and completion projections
Manage and coordinate work of on-site company field personnel, subcontractors, and trades
Drive accomplishment of project schedules and seek opportunities for improvement
Assist in schedule development and maintenance
Have thorough knowledge of subcontract agreement scopes and contract documents
Manage equipment including utilization, inspections, operator’s certifications, and records
Produce all necessary reports including daily job reports, daily JSA Sheets, Incident, and Near- miss reports
Complete project punch list within thirty (30) days
Mentor and develop field personnel
Develop and maintain relationships with project partners
Participate in any 3rd party or OSHA site safety audits or inspections

10 years’ relevant industry experience
OSHA 30 certification
Preferred Experience & Education:

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will manage direct reports.
Work Environment:
This position will work at a construction jobsite, and most duties will be performed outside in the elements, which may include exposure to water, dust, dirt, grease, paint fumes, chemicals, and equipment noise and vibration.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit and stand for extended periods, walk, use hands and arms, talk, hear, bend, stretch, reach, kneel, squat, climb, and view a computer monitor and sit for extended periods.
Lifting up to 100+lbs occurs frequently. This position will also utilize endurance and the ability to walk outdoors for extended periods, including stairs and elevated structures
