Compensation: Competitive Base + Bonus + Per Diem

The Opportunity
We are partnered with a leading General Contractor delivering complex, large -scale industrial and mission -critical projects across the U.S. They are currently expanding operations across multiple active and upcoming sites in North Dakota and are seeking a Construction Superintendent to support this growth.
This is not a single -project assignment, you will be part of a regional build -out, gaining exposure to multiple sites and project phases. Successful candidates will play a key role in establishing field operations across the region, with clear progression into senior leadership as the pipeline continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Multi -Site Execution:
Lead on -site construction activities across one or more projects, with the ability to transition between sites as project phases evolve.
Project Delivery:
Oversee daily field operations, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality across complex builds and retrofits.
Structural & Civil Oversight:
Manage structural scopes, site development, and heavy civil work within large, fast -paced project environments.
Infrastructure Coordination:
Support installation and readiness of mission -critical systems, including coordination around power and high -voltage infrastructure.
Technology -Driven Delivery:
Leverage Procore and BIM tools to track progress, manage documentation, and resolve coordination issues in real time.
Trade & Logistics Management:
Coordinate multiple subcontractors across MEP, civil, and structural disciplines, maintaining efficient sequencing across constrained or active sites.
Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead and develop Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers, helping scale a strong field team across multiple concurrent projects.
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
Proven track record as a Superintendent on industrial, mission -critical, or large -scale commercial construction projects.
Multi -Project Exposure (Preferred):
Experience working across multiple sites or project phases simultaneously is highly valued.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of civil, structural, and infrastructure scopes; exposure to power or high -voltage work is a plus.
Digital Mindset:
Proficient with construction management platforms such as Procore and comfortable using BIM in the field.
Adaptability:
Able to move between sites and manage shifting priorities in a growing regional operation.
