Superintendent

The Project Superintendent is responsible for executing Ivey Mechanical’s safety plan on-site and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role works closely with the Project Manager to meet financial goals and maintain the project schedule. Responsibilities include quality control, problem-solving, and proactive communication to ensure efficient and accurate installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily job site reports
• Keep work areas clean, professional, and safe
• Manage and update a 3-week lookahead schedule
• Communicate potential delays to the Project Manager
• Build strong relationships with customers and inspectors
• Maintain accurate and professional as-built drawings
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively
