We are looking for an experienced Superintendent for our Irvington, NJ location to join our team and to contribute to the culture and growth of our organization!
**Who You Are**
A successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, and general maintenance, and at least 3 years in a supervisory position. You will be responding to residents' maintenance needs, preparing vacant apartments for new tenants, and supervising porters and contractors on the property. Knowledge of plumbing, electric and basic carpentry is important. Experience with snow removal and driving a plow truck is a plus.
Requirements of Superintendent
- Must have the following license (or be able to obtain within 30 days of employment): Black Seal License – Low Pressure
- On-call 24/7
- Electrical experience
- Plumbing experience
- Must own all necessary tools
- Ability to successfully snake and clear a drain.
- Troubleshoot a boiler.
- Computer literate.
- Yardi experience a plus
- Min 5 years experience, Porters/Handyman/Superintendent
- Positive CAN-DO attitude a MUST
- Spanish speaking a plus

- Hourly rate: $28.00 to $32.00 hourly
