Superintendent - School / Commercial Construction

Great opportunity as a Superintendent with an excellent company based out of South Carolina. Excellent company looking for someone with a proactive mindset, excellent management and communication skills, strong leadership and teambuilding expertise, and a clear track record of safety in the work place. Must be able to manage employees, oversee subcontractors, and, as an effective team member, manage all construction related matters. Ability to Travel around the state (covered by per diem). Can live anywhere in SC or nearby. 

Qualifications:

• K-12 School Construction Experience needed


• 5-7years minimum experience estimating commercial construction projects. Experience with k-12 schools, municipal buildings and industrial buildings extremely helpful.
