Commercial Construction Superintendent (Ground-Up Projects) 🏗️

Tegrity Contractors is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety and efficiency on-site.

Responsibilities:

✅ Manage daily job site operations & coordinate subcontractors
✅ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building codes
✅ Maintain project schedules & oversee progress
✅ Conduct inspections & resolve on-site challenges
✅ Communicate with project managers, clients, and teams

Qualifications:

✔️ 5+ years experience in ground-up commercial construction
✔️ Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
✔️ Knowledge of construction processes, blueprints & safety regulations
✔️ Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
