Superintendents

We are looking for experienced Superintendent for a Commercial Company in Sanbornton. The Superintendent directly manages the lead personnel/staff for each project they oversee. Projects are an hour from the lakes region,

Pay $70,000-$90,000 a year

Daily Responsibilities

• Communication with General Superintendent regarding job progress, specific needs regarding manpower and equipment.


• Contact with job site crews to ensure projects are on time and on budget.


• Maintains safe working environment by identifying workplace hazards and conducts daily tailgate safety meetings.


• Maintains daily record keeping including daily logs, schedules, and timecards.


• Provides timely and accurate documentation for reporting safety issues, equipment damage and workplace injuries.


• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.


• Being able to assist with ongoing project and provide ongoing assistance throughout the project.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of Residential Experience


• OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 required


• Able to read blueprints and prepare and maintain daily logs written and photos


• Track all materials and keep an ongoing record of daily usage and qualify need early


• Ensure accuracy of subcontractor’s adhesion to plans and specifications.


• Work well as a leader and a follower in respective situations


• Able to Communicate manpower needs week prior


• Carry, maintain, and display a positive, proactive attitude to all on-site teammates; owners, subs, CHC staff, etc.


• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, iPad and iPhone.


• Ability to communicate information efficiently and effectively.
