Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities

Supervisor’s full role includes, but not limited to:

• Selling tickets and concessions
• Upselling/Suggestive Selling
• Loyalty Membership Signups
• Cleaning facility and maintaining a clean work environment
• Opening/Closing duties relevant to the role
• Count Inventory
• Operate booth equipment as needed
• Check out employees
• Supervises employees during operating hours
• Can perform refunds and maintain compliance required standards
• Exercise company behavior competencies relevant to the role

Supervisor reports to:

• Assistant Manager
• Senior Assistant Manager
• General Manager

Additional Notes

Will be expected to move into an Assistant Manager role ONLY when another manager is out of work for an extended periods of time (vacation/sick more than 4 days)
