## The group you\u2019ll be a part of\n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nProvide program supervision of contracted operations teams and maintenance service providers. Serve as the first point of contact for internal lab customer inquiries, non\u2011standard requests, and escalations. Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and operational business process documentation.This is a full\u2011time, on\u2011site role requiring occasional off\u2011hours response.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nAccountable for the operation and maintenance of the following systems\n\n * Gas process supply and distribution\n * Liquid chemical supply and distribution\n * Lab tool process vacuum pumps\n * Lab tool point\u2011of\u2011use abatement units\n * Lab tool point\u2011of\u2011use chillers\n * Facility utility skids\n\n\n\nAdditional Tasks\n\n * Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including on\u2011time work order completion, system operation within specifications, and minimization of interruptions to lab experiments or production.\n * Lead incident and event reporting activities, including root cause analysis, for assigned systems.\n * Participate in design reviews for new support equipment, infrastructure installations, and system upgrades.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 5 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry.\n * Four years of supervisory experience semiconductor industry experience.\n * Experience managing and coordinating contractors.\n * Demonstrated experience supporting operations and maintenance of subfab and direct support equipment, and facility infrastructure systems.\n * Hands\u2011on experience with gas distribution systems, including specialty gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes (VMBs), bulk gas systems, chemical dispense units (CDUs), vacuum pumps, and abatement units.\n * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.\n * Experience with the operation, maintenance, and/or design of waste treatment, waste collection, ultra\u2011pure water, and scrubber systems.\n * Experience with the operation, maintenance, and/or design of semiconductor process gas and chemical source and distribution systems.\n * Proven ability to manage contractors, scopes of work, and service\u2011level expectations.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
