Overview
HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a leading outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City. We provide compassionate trauma-informed care to individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. Our mission is to promote healing, stability, and recovery through evidence-based, person-centered services.  



We are seeking an Access Program Supervisor to provide leadership, coordination, and oversight for our Access program. This role ensures individuals seeking services experience a welcoming, recovery-focused entry point into care while supporting staff and maintaining high-quality service delivery. About the Position


As the Access Program Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and staff within the Access program. You will provide supervision, training, and support to team members while ensuring compliance with agency policies, regulatory standards, and program requirements.



This role includes coordinating program activities, monitoring client service delivery, supporting staff development, and ensuring key processes—such as care planning, eligibility, and benefits coordination—are completed accurately and timely. You will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote seamless, integrated care for individuals entering services.



About the Program


The Access Program serves as the entry point for individuals seeking behavioral health and co-occurring services at HOPE. The program focuses on engagement, assessment, and connection to appropriate services while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals who may have experienced trauma.



The Access team works closely with internal programs and community partners to ensure timely access to care, coordination of services, and support for individuals navigating complex systems, including benefits and eligibility processes.



Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field with at least one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to obtain and maintain DMHSAS Case Management II Certification 

  • Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and ability to transport clients as needed 

  • First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) 

  • Therapeutic Options or approved safety training (must be maintained annually) 

  • At least one (1) year of employment with HOPE required

  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, supervision, and staff development skills 

  • Ability to coordinate program operations, staff schedules, and service delivery effectively 

  • Advanced organizational and technological skills, including the ability to manage documentation systems, data tracking, and performance measures 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, clients, and community partners 

  • Ability to monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and support professional growth 

  • Strong problem-solving, crisis intervention, and decision-making abilities 

  • Ability to maintain compliance with clinical, documentation, and regulatory standards 

  • Ability to build effective relationships with individuals experiencing mental illness and co-occurring disorders 

  • Commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-focused, and person-centered care
