Overview
HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a leading outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City. We provide compassionate trauma-informed care to individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. Our mission is to promote healing, stability, and recovery through evidence-based, person-centered services.  

We are seeking an Addiction Recovery Services Supervisor to provide leadership, coordination, and oversight of addiction recovery programs serving individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. This role supports staff, program operations, and community partnerships to ensure high-quality, recovery-focused care for the individuals we serve.

About the Position
The Addiction Recovery Services Supervisor assists with the coordination, planning, and delivery of addiction recovery services across multiple program areas. These services may include Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), TANF/Child Welfare programs, Community Sentencing initiatives, and treatment for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

This position provides direct supervision, coaching, and operational support to staff within the Addiction Recovery Services program. The Supervisor helps ensure services meet agency performance standards, clinical documentation requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include assisting with program development, supporting staff training and professional growth, monitoring program outcomes, and maintaining strong partnerships with community organizations. The Supervisor also helps ensure continuity of care for individuals receiving services and may assist with direct service coverage when needed.

This role is a member of the agency’s leadership team and plays an important part in promoting integrated care, harm reduction strategies, and recovery-oriented services throughout the organization.

About the Program

Addiction Recovery Services provide treatment and support for individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Services are designed to help individuals reduce substance use, build recovery skills, and improve overall stability and quality of life.

The program emphasizes integrated care, harm reduction, and person-centered treatment planning. Staff work collaboratively with internal programs, community partners, and justice system partners to support individuals in accessing treatment, maintaining recovery, and transitioning successfully across levels of care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field with at least one year of relevant behavioral health experience required (two years preferred), or equivalent combination of education and experience 


• Ability to obtain and maintain DMHSAS Case Management II Certification 


• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and ability to transport clients as needed 


• First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) 


• Therapeutic Options or approved safety training (must be maintained annually) 


• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred 


• Ability to provide services in community settings as needed
