Why This Role Matters:
The Supervisor, Annuity Administration and Claims will oversee the management and coordinator of the operations function supporting the administration of annuity policy and processing of annuity death claims. In this role you will develop, execute, and manage a small operational team to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant policy administration and claims processing.
In this role you report to the Director, Annuity Administration and provide day-to-day strategic leadership, identify operational needs, and partner with the internal and external resources to drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and claimant experience. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert on annuity contracts, in-force transactions, and death claims, collaborating cross functionally to maintain regulatory and internal control standards while promoting a culture of accountability, empathy, and operational excellence.
