About You: 

You are a detail-oriented and experienced Supervisor for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and lead a team to achieve departmental goals. You have strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the A/P and A/R teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve financial processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to payments and collections.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Uphold the company’s core values by demonstrating selflessness, maintaining a “can do” attitude, consistently delivering results, and acting with integrity in all actions and decisions.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
