A day in the life...
As a Hart's Camp supervisor, you will assist in leading all staff and operations for Hart's Camp RV resort and Doryland Pizza. Supervisors' responsibilities include covering the daily operations, managing people, and maintaining policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
· Work with your guest services and reservations department teams to ensure the details of each guest reservation are executed, correspond with guests for their arrival, welcome guests, and coordinate stay needs and departure.
· Work with your teams to ensure you can execute pre-planned programming on a regular basis. All guests and team members know what the programming is and how to engage guests to participate in the programs.
· Coordinate with the Front desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and GM as needed.
· Maintaining a schedule to guarantee appropriate levels of staff coverage during operating hours.
· Be a model of embodying our culture: lean into our core values, utilize emotional intelligence, leverage?a learning mindset, and approach all team members with respect.
· Ensuring customer service is top-level and sustained.
· Operationalizing and training employees on the point of sales system (POS).
· Maintain the safety, functionality, and appearance of Hart’s Camp & Doryland, including regular deep cleanings, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and employee safety guidelines.
· Overseeing prep, pizza cooking, and quality assurance.
· Fostering positive team morale through team bonding, regular meetings, etc.
· Ensuring all operational standards are exceeded and that health and safety standards are always upheld.
· Ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, customers, and company assets. Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Complete accident reports promptly in the event a customer or employee is injured. Ensure OSHA compliance.
· Inventory control and food cost management. – Develop the standards for inventory needed on hand and follow processes and standards for inventory controls.
· Review and complete all necessary paperwork promptly.
· Maintaining a fun and professional work environment
· Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
· Ordering?- Estimate needs, place orders with vendors, and schedule the delivery of all products and supplies.
· Process invoices to ensure accurate coding and inventory.
Requirements
You own this if you have…
· 1 year of restaurant experience as a Supervisor or similar role
· Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm & courteous, and ability to connect with them.
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and work cohesively as part of a team.
· Able to multitask and work well under stress.
· Strong analytical ability
· Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, and food quality.
· Must have good customer service and communication skills.
· Food handlers, Oregon state-approved and OLCC certifications.
· Available to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
