About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be accountable for overseeing inventory accuracy and material flow while leading warehouse teams to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time production support.

Shift & Schedule

Shift: 2nd Shift
Hours: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Weekend Availability: Required

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Lead warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow and support production schedules


• Ensure inventory accuracy through adherence to FIFO/FEFO, expiration controls, and system alignment


• Oversee shipping, receiving, and storage of raw materials and finished goods


• Drive inventory control processes including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation


• Maintain audit-ready warehouse and freezer environments, including allergen and safety compliance


• Develop, coach, and hold team members accountable for performance and safety standards


• Partner cross-functionally with Production and Scheduling to improve warehouse processes

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High School Diploma or GED


• Minimum 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment


• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience


• Forklift experience required (stand-up preferred)


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Associate’s degree or higher


• SAP and/or SAP WM experience


• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments


• Experience supervising warehouse operations in a food or bakery environment
