Job Description - Supervisor - Cardiac Rehab Services

Overview

Manages all operational procedures to facilitate efficient delivery of cardiac rehabilitation services. Conducts cardiac rehabilitation evaluations and provides skilled patient care to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury. Provides patient care to adult and geriatric patients.

Education

Associate’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing Required

Work Experience

3 years recent and relevant cardiac experience Required

Licenses and Certifications

RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License Upon Hire Required and

BCLS - Basic Life Support through AHA Required and

ACLS through AHA Required
