Overview   


HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a leading outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City. We provide compassionate trauma-informed care to individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. Our mission is to promote healing, stability, and recovery through evidence-based, person-centered services. 


We are seeking a Community Support Services Supervisor to provide leadership, coordination, and oversight of Case Management and Peer Recovery Support Services. This role supervises staff, supports program operations, and ensures individuals with behavioral health needs receive high-quality, coordinated, and recovery-focused care. About the Position  


As the Community Support Services Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations and clinical activities of Case Management and Peer Recovery Support staff. You will provide supervision, training, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure staff meet clinical, documentation, and service delivery expectations. This role includes assisting with program development, supporting staff training and professional growth, monitoring program performance, and ensuring compliance with agency, state, and regulatory standards.


The Supervisor may also provide direct client services as needed, support staff in crisis intervention and problem-solving, and assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members. This position plays a key role in maintaining a structured, supportive, and recovery-oriented service environment.





About the Program   


Community Support Services provide therapeutic case management and peer recovery support to individuals living with mental health and co-occurring disorders. Services focus on helping individuals build stability, access resources, develop recovery skills, and maintain community integration.


The program emphasizes person-centered care, trauma-informed practices, and coordination with internal teams and community partners. Services may be provided in the office and in community settings to ensure individuals receive accessible, comprehensive support aligned with their recovery goals.





Requirements  



  • Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field with at least one year of relevant behavioral health experience required (two years preferred), or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to obtain and maintain DMHSAS Case Management II Certification

  • Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and ability to transport clients as needed

  • First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Therapeutic Options or approved safety training (must be maintained annually)

  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

  • Ability to provide services in community settings as needed
